Hilda Lunderstedt
Her Second Stage was founded by Hilda Lunderstedt, entrepreneur, investor and mother of two.
Hilda’s mission is to revolutionize the health and wealth landscape for women in their second stage of life to empower, transform and educate them to lead healthy, fulfilling and connected lives. She hopes to pave the way for a more balanced, compassionate world. In a disconnected world, we will only survive if we become ‘more human and more connected'. She advocates for deep connection, community building, and self-love, reminding us that love for ourselves is the foundation for loving others.
