Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed due to the instant and irrevocable delivery of these items.

• Exceptions: If the digital product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue, we will provide a replacement or resolve the issue.

Memberships

• No Refunds on Paid Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated, including partial use of any membership benefits.

• Cancellation Policy:

• Memberships may be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

• Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Upgrades/Downgrades: Members who upgrade or downgrade their membership will not receive refunds for the original membership fee.
